Island musicians make special return

Illiam and Bobby return home

A highly acclaimed brass quartet will take centre stage in Ramsey this evening (Monday).

St Paul’s Church in the town will host the Novus Brass Quartet as the Ramsey Music Society season continues.

And there will be a true Manx feel with talented local players Illiam Quane and Bobby Corkish both members of the group.

A varied programme will include music from Bernstein, Philip Sparke, Shostakovich and Beethoven.

The concert, supported by the Arts Council, starts at 7.45pm.
