MLC calling for committee to be set up to tackle issue
Work needs to be done to keep more young people on the Isle of Man.
That's the belief of one MLC who's calling for a committee to be set up to look at ways to balance the population.
Paul Craine has tabled a motion for Tynwald after the census showed the average age on the Island has increased in the last five years.
He says statistics show we have one of the oldest populations in the world - something which needs to be factored in to government's plans:
Post Offices looking for 'hosts' in Onchan, Foxdale and Jurby
Oral health of five-year-olds to be assessed this spring
