Island of Culture 2014 is officially launched today (Sat).
The Villa Marina arcade is hosting an open afternoon with information about events during the year ahead, competitions to win tickets and live music and pottery demonstrations.
Island of culture director Michael Lees hopes people will come together to celebrate every facet of Manx history, art and entertainment over the next 12 months.
