Lieutenant Governor attends Platinum Jubilee celebration

The Isle of Man has been represented in London as part of the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations.

Lieutenant Governor Sir John Lorimer attended a Service of Thanksgiving at St Paul’s Cathedral.

Members of the Royal Family gathered with more than 400 people from across the UK in recognition of their contribution to public life.

In a post on Twitter he said he was ‘delighted’ to represent the people of the Isle of Man.
