Devon Watson says getting a deposit is 'very difficult'
A Douglas councillor believes the Isle of Man's housing crisis needs to be tackled soon or the Island could start to lose people.
Devon Watson is the newly elected chairman of the Housing and Properties Committee for Douglas Borough Council.
He says he's seen people move off-Island because it's cheaper to live elsewhere:
