Island to create a second bishop for the first time in modern times

For the first time in modern history, the Island will have a second bishop - but only for 22 days.

Twelve-year-old Peter Boussougou will start his duties today (Sat 6th) in a special service at Peel Cathedral.

A Medieval tradition is being revived by the cathedral as it aims to celebrate the old festival of St Nicholas.

Reverend Ian Faulds says jolly St Nick has stronger connections to the Island than many would think:
