Government accepts findings
Government has accepted the findings of international financial investigators - but insists changes will only be brought about from the inside.
A fifth round evaluation of the Island by MONEYVAL praised its regulatory structure, but identified a 'limited understanding of risk' and an ineffective criminal justice policy.
The Cabinet Office says those conclusions were similar to that of an internal National Risk Assessment, carried out in 2015.
