Islands Energy Group responds to customer complaints

CFO discusses billing problems

The Chief Financial Officer of the Islands Energy Group is apologising to customers who've experienced issues with their bills.

A range of complaints have been reported, including bills being late and higher than expected direct debit amounts being taken from accounts.

A letter has been sent to people affected with details of how they can contact customer services.
