Hopes to keep buyers' schemes in line with market medians
The Isle of Man's housing market is 'still quite hot' after significant price rises in the last couple of years.
That's from the chair of the Housing and Communities Board which has published its action plan for the next 12 months.
It aims to bring the thresholds for First Time Buyers' schemes - last updated in 2017 - back in line with current cost.
Chris Thomas says current events may have an impact:
Island falls silent to remember them
Average wait of 11 weeks for Disability Living Allowance claims
Appeal for Onchan FC memorabilia
