Island's roads top the public's budget wishlist

Alf Cannan to set out government spending later this morning

The treasury minister says the fourth budget of the Quayle administration has been tailor-made for the Isle of Man:

Alf Cannan will today announce how government plans to spend taxpayers' money over the next financial year.

But what exactly are the Island's needs?

Manx Radio asked citizens of the north, and there was a clear theme in the responses:
