Chair Tim Baker ambitious after receiving grade A status
Isle of Man Meats hopes to be stocking its produce in major supermarkets, and even overseas, after it has received new accreditation.
The plant has been awarded Grade A status in a BRC Global Food Standards audit.
The certificate covers checks including food safety, legal compliance and animal welfare.
