Chief minister among those at the gathering
Representatives from the Isle of Man will meet with their UK Government counterparts today (11 November) along with officials from Ireland, Guernsey and Jersey.
Rishi Sunak is also due to attend the British-Irish Council meeting in Blackpool; it will be the first time a Conservative Prime Minister has taken part.
The body was set up in 1998 as part of the Northern Ireland peace process.
Chief Minister Alfred Cannan is among those at the gathering.
It's hoped the meeting can help end a dispute over post-Brexit trade in Ulster that has stymied power-sharing.
