
An Island wide clean-up campaign is taking place this weekend.
The Big Tidy Up is now in its fourth year and has blossomed from being a Douglas Corporation initiative, to an all Island litter collection.
From beaches and glens, to towns and schools - the Manx people will be donning rubber gloves and carrying rubbish bags to make the Island a tidier and more beautiful place.
On Saturday, Beach Buddies will be tidying up the coast at the Point of Ayre, but the collection efforts began on Friday at schools.
