Capital set to come alive
It’s carnival time in the capital.
Douglas promenade will be transformed into a sea of colour and sound on Sunday.
An extravaganza of floats, bands, classic cars, bikes and wheelie bins will make their way along the promenade.
Douglas Town Centre Manager Oliver Cheshire says once the carnival bursts into life, it should be quite a spectacle.
