
Workers at the Department of Infrastructure will begin the tricky task of moving one of the capital’s best-known landmarks this morning.
The Jubilee Clock on Loch Promenade will move from its current location at the end of Victoria Street to a new plinth nearby.
It’s being relocated while the Department of Infrastructure continues its massive revamp of Douglas promenade.
It’s thought the work will get under way at around 9am, although that’s subject to the Manx weather.
