It’s a hoped a jury can be sworn-in today ahead of the retrial of the Island’s Attorney General.
In December, the original jury was discharged as it was unable to agree on a verdict in the case of 52-year-old Stephen Harding.
Mr Harding, from Glen Vine, denies charges of perjury and committing acts against public justice, relating to the winding-up of former Island company Street Heritage in 2010.
