Keys to consider range of issues

Question on Ramsey Courthouse future

The House of Keys and Legislative Council are sitting this morning, with a variety of business on the agenda.

There's coverage of Keys questions on Manx Radio from 10am, via AM1368 and online at manxradio.com.

The fourteen questions facing ministers this morning range from aid for Syrian refugees, the disappearance of confidentiality clauses from government contracts, and the use of Manx meat in government catering.

Ramsey member Lawrie Hooper continues his crusade to save the town's courthouse - while North Douglas MHK David Ashford is pressing the Health Minister on hospital waiting times.

After that, it's consideration time for a report on reforming LegCo elections, a week after Tony Wild MLC tendered his retirement.

There are further amendments to the Equality Bill, then the Fraud Bill will have its clauses debated.

The Legislative Council is sitting today - but only one item of business awaits members.
