Pre-trial hearing for four men
A pre-trial hearing will be held later today (Thursday) in the case of four men from England accused of kidnap.
The men, who are from Burnley and Bradford and aged between 19 and 24, deny attempting to kidnap an Island resident.
They were stopped by police at the Sea Terminal in Douglas in October last year.
It’s alleged they travelled to the Island to take another man to the UK against his will.
A pre-trial hearing will be heard before Deemster Montgomerie.
