Campaign has raised around £2,000
Former residents of Knottfield Children's Home on Woodbourne Road in Douglas could be one step closer to gaining legal representation.
Last month, John Guest launched a fundraising campaign to support his fight for justice:
In a post on social media yesterday, 'Knottfield 1960s victims for true justice' announced they had now "met with a local lawyer" and were "trying to take in his advice regarding progress and the costs".
So far, the GoFundMe page has raised around £2,000.
