MHK asks if government will offer increased financial support
Manx university students may be left struggling to pay their bills due to a lack of work opportunities over the summer.
That's according to Lawrie Hooper MHK, who wants to know what plans government has to increase financial assistance to those attending universities.
The Ramsey member says students are among the groups worst affected during times of financial hardship.
He also believes increased unemployment means recent graduates will face more competition for jobs than usual from more experienced candidates:
