Landlord Registration Act won't come into force this year

The controversial act is said to be driving increased numbers of landlords from the rental market

The Chair of the Housing and Communities Board says the Landlord Registration Act won't come into force this year.

The controversial act, which was said to be driving more and more landlords on the Isle of Man out of the rental market, passed through Tynwald last summer and looks to set out certain property standards.
