Cruise ship kicks off season
The first of the Island’s summer cruise ship visits is underway today.
The French cruise liner the L’Austral arrived in Douglas at around 11am to moor alongside the Victoria Pier.
Built in 2011, she carries 264 passengers and 140 crew and measures a huge 142 metres long.
She’s due to depart the Island this evening.
