Laxey awaits flooding

Laxey port and harbour are facing major flooding this lunchtime.

Sandbags have been handed out in the village's low-lying areas, as they have in other eastern and southern coastal communities.

An hour before high tide and water is already flowing over the harbour wall - as chairman of Commissioners Andrew Moore has been telling Marian Kenny:
