MNH hoping to offer increased access to renovation work instead
The Laxey Wheel won't be turning in time for TT.
Renovation work on the iconic landmark started in January, and it was hoped to be finished in time for the influx of tourists for the festival.
However, Manx National Heritage says it's hoping visitors won't miss out completely.
