First Mental Health Awareness Session on Island
A local library will be hosting the Island's first mental health support awareness session.
Family Library in Douglas will be running the event this afternoon, to raise awareness for World Mental Health Day.
More than 15 Manx mental health charities will be available for members of the public to chat to, offering their help and support.
Laura Jones, Managing Director of the Family Library says the afternoon is designed to "provide access" for the community:
It will be taking place between 3pm and 4.30pm.
