The far-reaching reform plans are up for review during tomorrow's Tynwald sitting.
LibVan MHK Lawrie Hooper says the party supports having a 'clearer distinction between government and scrutiny', with particular emphasis on strong oversight.
Eleven recommendations are up for consideration in the Island's parliament, including limiting departmental positions to one member each, changing the remit of the Legislative Council and altering how the Chief Minister is elected.
Mr Hooper says he can see LibVan members supporting the majority of the proposals:
