Offer on the table for Reayrt Vradda site, says consultant
The liquidator of a failed glamping site in Port Erin says he's incredibly frustrated over what he alleges is Port Erin Commissioners' refusal to meet a potential buyer for the business.
The site closed during TT practice week last year and operator Reayrt Vradda Glamping Ltd was placed into voluntary liquidation.
Craig Mitchell of Douglas based CKM Consultants, told Simon Richardson the matter now looks to be heading for the courts, despite there being a strong offer for the business on the table, with a commitment to clear all outstanding debts of the company:
