Arbory and Rushen Commissioners to empty Beach Buddies bins
A popular charity has gained the backing of local authorities in a new development.
Arbory and Rushen Commissioners are the first local authorities on the Island to support Beach Buddies by emptying the charity's orange bins.
This will become part of their regular refuse collection service.
Rushen Chairman, David Radcliffe, is happy to be the first involved and hopes others will follow suit:
"It's just not sustainable to continue"
