Awareness raised for positive thinking
A local mental health charity is encouraging people to be kinder to themselves this year.
Samaritans Isle of Man is offering support to anyone who is facing any mental health pressures, financial stresses or challenges after the festive period.
The organisation runs a 24/7 listening service throughout the year.
