Juan Callister is raising money for Isle Stand Up to Suicide
A Kirk Michael man has been taking on a mighty, icy challenge this month, all to raise money and awareness for men's mental health charities.
Juan Callister has been doing a 'cold water exposure ladder' for the duration of January.
On New Year's Day he stayed in the water for one minute - and aims to increase the daily time until 31 minutes on the 31st.
He's raising funds for Isle Stand Up to Suicide, and says too many young people are taking their own lives:
Please note - Juan is taking on this challenge under the advice of experts, and this shouldn't be tried at home without medical advice.
