Island car's engine stars in blockbuster
If you’ve seen summer blockbuster Mad Max, you may not have noticed the Manx star named Bruce.
But don’t look for a face – instead close your eyes and listen out for the Chevy Camaro owned by Tim Bowles of Santon.
A crew from the movie visited the Island to record his car’s engine to use as the voice of Mad Max’s post-apocalyptic interceptor.
Tim, who helped found the European Camaro owner’s club, says he wasn’t surprised when they asked him if they could record his beloved racing car:
