Outage was caused by change from BST to GMT
Manx Telecom says the majority of issues have been resolved and affected users reconnected to their broadband services following disruption over the weekend.
A number of people reported being without internet services on Sunday - the company later confirmed the outage was related to the clocks going back by an hour in the early morning.
Manx Telecom says it affected less than two per cent of customers.
Anyone still experiencing problems with their broadband is asked to contact Manx Telecom on 624624 to discuss any further manual interventions that may be required.
It says its engineers are prioritising these fixes.
The company has apologised for any inconvenience caused.
