A Douglas man accused of threatening to shoot two police officers is due to appear in court via video link this morning (Thursday).
Brian Lowther of Lheannag Park is charged with affray - allegedly using or threatening unlawful violence - during an incident at his home last month.
Firearms officers and two negotiators were called to the scene.
The 42 year-old has been in custody for the past month.
