Clothing worth £5 taken from Douglas shop

Stealing five pounds worth of clothing from a store in Douglas town centre has landed a 25-year-old man in court.

Anthony James Scaddan, whose address was given as David Gray House in Drury Terrace in Douglas, appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes.

He pleaded guilty to one charge of stealing a vest and T-shirt from Dealz on Strand Street on 24 July.
