Accused of indecent assault
A Santon man's been banned from two streets in Castletown after appearing in court charged with indecent assault.
Thirty-six-year-old Michael Gregory Frank Ashton, of Ballanoa Meadow, appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas Courthouse.
He hasn't yet entered pleas to three charges of indecent assault, and one of causing actual bodily harm, between April 2011 and April 2017.
He was bailed with conditions he doesn't contact witnesses or go into Bromet Road or Tynwald Grove in Castletown.
Mr Ashton is next due to appear in court on 21 September.
