Aggressor also to pay compensation
A Douglas man's been fined £300 after causing criminal damage to a hotel door.
Thirty-two-year-old David Anthony Joseph Kennedy from Laburnam Avenue admitted the offence when he appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Jayne Hughes on Tuesday (29 Nov).
It's after he caused more than £180 worth of damage when he kicked the glass out of a door at the Caledonia Hotel in Douglas in June.
Mrs Hughes has ordered him to pay compensation in full to the hotel, as well as ordering him to pay £50 court costs.
