Man pleads not guilty to having knife in public

50-year-old granted bail

A Douglas man alleged to have carried a knife and made nuisance calls has appeared in court.

Fifty-year-old James Jeremy Rennison of Clarence Terrace appeared before magistrates at Douglas courthouse.

He's pleaded not guilty to one count each of possessing a blade in public and making annoying phone calls on 26 June.

He was granted bail and will next appear in court at a pre-trial review hearing on 3 September.
