Minister says payrolls and budgets have changed 'significantly'
New management structures for the health department and Manx Care could cost an extra £3.5 million a year.
That's according to Health Minister Lawrie Hooper
He was asked this week how payroll and budgets in his department have changed since Manx Care was established.
Mr Hooper says these have changed 'significantly' following the launch of Manx Care:
Island's finances 'in a better position than most other jurisdictions'
Completion of assisted dying bill 'the most significant moment of 2025'
Keep dogs away from Garwick Beach for next few days
Cost of sending a letter on the Island to increase in January
