DEFA issues advice as migratory fish start to enter rivers
Anglers on the Island are being urged to 'consider the welfare of the fish'.
The Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture has issued advice as migratory fish are starting to enter the rivers.
It says some of the most common offences are not having the right licence, using more than one rod per person at a time and not having a net made of knotless mesh.
