Vision Awareness Week 8-13 September
Accessibility on the Island for those who are visually impaired is 'a way behind' according to a member of the Manx Blind Welfare Society.
Dave Wilson is Resource Officer for the charity, and has been talking about Vision Awareness Week, which takes place from the 8-13 September.
The organisation's theme for this year is 'making the Island more accessible'.
Mr Wilson says there's a general misunderstanding of what is required to do this:
DHSC looking to 'map clear way forward' over bed shortages
Windowsill warning after sun causes fire
Senior doctors and consultants call for intervention amid 'critical shortfall in bed capacity' at Noble's Hospital
Rolling delays see Manxman sailings cancelled
