Healthcare provider says most Manx patients currently can't use the app
Manx Care says it's aware of an issue preventing the majority of patients on the Island from using the Patient Access App.
The platform is used by GPs to allow patients to book appointments and order repeat prescriptions online.
However, the healthcare provider says most Manx patients can't access it currently, and it's working with the supplies to find a solution.
In the meantime, patients are urged to contact their GP practice via phone or email.
