Tynwald will debate the issue in October
The temporary removal of work permit requirements would help Manx Care fill some of the vacancies that exist within the Island's healthcare service.
That's the view of Manx Care's Chief Executive, Teresa Cope.
Tynwald will debate whether to suspend work permit regulations at its October sitting.
Ms Cope is in no doubt such a move would be helpful.
