Manx future post-Brexit discussed by Lords

The Minister for State at the UK’s Ministry of Justice says the Isle of Man’s interests will be represented during Brexit negotiations with the EU.

Yesterday in the House of Lords, he faced questions from Lord Beith and Lord Empey about the future of the Isle of Man and other Crown Dependencies as the UK prepares to leave the European Union.

Lord Beith asked how Crown dependency interests will be kept in mind – and whether the Isle of Man might be able to negotiate on its own.
