Manx Gas dismisses accusations of greed and bullying

Comments made following 27.5% price rise

Accusations that Manx Gas pays large dividends and used bullying tactics to force through a price rise are untrue.

That's according to its parent company Islands Energy Group.

Customers recently saw prices rise by 27.5 per cent due to the increased wholesale price of natural gas.
