Retired MLC on life in LegCo
A recently retired member of the Legislative Council says diversity was never an issue in the Manx parliament, even before five women were elected to the chamber earlier this month.
Mike Coleman stood down after five years in the upper house.
He remains chairman of the economic policy review committee until Tynwald elects a replacement.
Mr Coleman, a long-time member of the Manx Labour Party, says there has long been diversity in the court.
