In a post on Facebook, Amazing Vacations says there may be a slight delay in response times over the coming days as it assists clients in the area.
It adds that staff are committed to ensuring the clients receive full support during their stay.
UK warning
Meanwhile, the UK has issued a travel warning to the UAE.
It's also asking British residents there to register with the government.
