Body Shop to shut next month
The leader of Douglas Council says he’s saddened that a familiar shop in the high street is to close its doors.
The Body Shop, which forms part of The Strand Shopping Centre, will shut next month after a quarter of a century in the Island.
It has cited poor footfall during regeneration works and an increase in car parking charges as major factors.
