MUA brands White Hoe Wastewater Pumping Station work 'essential'
A full road closure will be in place on Old Castletown Road next month whilst Manx Utilities undertakes 'essential refurbishment work'.
Several manhole covers and associated infrastructure needs to be replaced at the White Hoe Wastewater Pumping Station.
Signed diversion routes will be provided to assist road users throughout the closure period.
Access to the White Hoe Industrial Estate will be maintained via Kewaigue Hill, while access to Douglas will be via Quarterbridge.
The closure will be in place on Old Castletown Road from 9 to 25 March.
Manx Utilities has thanked residents, businesses and road users 'for their understanding during these essential works'.
