
Plans to turn the Market Hall in Douglas into a creative centre are becoming a reality.
At the launch this week, guest speaker Keith McIntyre, who has experience in similar projects, told the audience the building has huge potential.
It's hoped degree art students from the Isle of Man college will use the space from next autumn.
