Flexibility required for Festival
Ahead of tomorrow’s first practice session for the Festival of Motorcycling, there’s an unusual problem facing organisers.
While sufficient marshals have signed-up, some parts of the course are oversubscribed by volunteers - while other areas are undermanned.
Clerk of the course Gary Thompson hopes some will be able to move sectors for the first few sessions, to enable practices to go ahead.
If you are a marshal in sectors seven and eight, and willing to move sectors, you’re asked to contact the marshals office on 618191 or go to the TTMA office at the paddock.
